80%Food15%Rest5%Training100%Commitment  Hi world, If you are reading this article at this moment, for sure you are one of 7.125 billion confused and unhappy people on the planet that is wandering what should eat, how much do you need to rest and train to be fit and ofcourse, how long  it takes for that to happen. At this point nobody has the answer but I might shock you, knowing that the answer  is within yourself. Your body has a very clever structure that gives you clues when to eat and how much, when to rest and how much and when to train and how much and the most important thing is the commitment with all of this points. Food  -  the main target is our brain that gives us sometimes wrong information. How to set your mind for healthy food and in the same time, how to program your brain reseting all the bad information that you already stored among years of not caring what you put inside of your body??!?!?!
