Hi world,


If you are reading this article at this moment, for sure you are one of 7.125 billion confused and unhappy people on the planet that is wandering what should eat, how much do you need to rest and train to be fit and ofcourse, how long  it takes for that to happen.



At this point nobody has the answer but I might shock you, knowing that the answer  is within yourself. Your body has a very clever structure that gives you clues when to eat and how much, when to rest and how much and when to train and how much and the most important thing is the commitment with all of this points.


Food -  the main target is our brain that gives us sometimes wrong information. How to set your mind for healthy food and in the same time, how to program your brain reseting all the bad information that you already stored among years of not caring what you put inside of your body??!?!?! I might have the answer but you must read this carefuly :)


Can you live in a dirty house with the garbage at the door and all dishes unwashed and dirty clothes??? then how can your body survive with all the crap food and not cleaning it inside out? this is the question you should answer.


Addictions and wrong messages are created by the wrong food. whenever you are adding something that is not recognizable by your human structure to be a good molecule that can fits your body's needs then for sure will be stored somewhere that will create an 'army' against yourself leading to diseases and lack of energy, latergy, feeling not confident and ofcourse not happy and unhealthy.


Before moving forward with my article, i would love to ask you all, how important is food for you on a scale of 1-------->10, i might say for me is 10, if i am not eating good, delicious food then for sure i am not a happy person. Eating healthy and delicios is possible. Coming up in the next articles what we need to eat, how much and when? stay tunned ;).


Trainig - another pylon of your triangle that must fit into your life. 
Insanity trainings or crossfit, boxing,yoga, dancing, running marathons, biking, chess (he he he), choose whisely your training to take all the benefits of it. As you may know already probably that,  training  your body is helping keep healthy , running your lymph liquid through it and eliminate all the toxins and help run your blood all over your body parts so you can have proper functions of all your organs.

Did you know that staying inverted for 2 minutes per days helps your brain work better and you can improve your memory by bringing more oxigenated blood :)  More tips to come in the next articles.



Commitment - Is your will, your motivation, your way of seeing your life and how you can make it better day by day. Is something that nobody can take it away from you, because it runs through your blood and keeps you mentaly and physically active. Is all about sacrifices, determination, persistence, consistency.


Ah, regarding the percentages, hmmm, can be flexible but do yourself a favour and be honest with yourself, healthy food means healthy food, training means training and rest time means rest time = commitment. I mean, "i had a chocolate this morning but only one piece:)))), or i did my training today but my friend called for an urgent matter so i had to go and finished only half of it, or I slept well for few hours, even though at middnight couldnt take my eyes out of the tv:)))" . Is all about balance.

This is it for today. make it more enjoyible by adding a short workout:

3 Rounds :

10 squats
10 push ups
10suttle runs

 and agreen apple after your workout:)
