Changing your mind perspective, will change your body:)

=A change comes with a Mind set=

It works like this:

"I am beautiful"
"I am thin"
"I am sexy"

...actually not really but your selfconfidence grows faster and keeps you motivated the entire time you wanna change something within yourself. Your mind is created based on your own thoughts and if you think negative about yourself automaticcally you will go in a wrong direction and your hapiness is failing to apear.

Is true when it says : "what you are eating is what you are !"  - Based on your diet, you will find yourself better mood, energic, happy.

 If you are not what you want to be then for sure you are sabotaging yourself or someone else is pushing you from behind to do the wrong choices.

Food=pleasure=happines but you can choose the one that makes you happy after you eat it. Is all about how you balance yourself and what food you choose to put inside of your body. Your body can't say anything but can make you feel: sad, lack of energy, notselfconfident, latergic, bad about yourself because it comes from inside out.

When you start to respect yourself by reseting your bad habbits and what made you happy before for short time but with unwanted consequences, with the real happiness then you will look in the mirror and feel proud about yourself step by step, by achieving a new concept of the "how you wanna be and feel".

You have the power in your hands to succed to a better you, by creating a path and understanding the benefit of everything.

Eat healthy + Train +Rest +Eat Healty and the perfect amount + Train enaugh to feel it + rest as you body asks for + Eat Healthy and the perfect amount and in the right time + Train to sustain your energy level + Rest at least 7 hours during the night ....and so on

You may succed in your career, family or social life but when is about your diet and life style is like :"I cant help myself, i am craving, food is everything for me!!!!!!" How can you allow your subconscience work against you?? Clean your brain of the bad habbits and what you believe is happiness and add some good quality information that will help you to change all the above.

I hope at least I started to motivate you or to make you understand the reason of " Self control" and how to keep in leash our " extravagant mind" going in the good direction.
