We're done with chemistry and let's understand why is so important?!?


1. You are an average of 80% water, your blood, your brain, your muscles etc.
2. Dehydration leads to muscles fatigue, memory loss, organs function failure, etc.
3. Helps your body to cool down.
4. Helps in digestion, moving the bowel and eliminates the toxins.

and so on, there are many other reasons why we need water in our system.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, even in winter to keep yourself healthy.

Drink, during workout, room temperature water, avoiding other complications.

Drink water when you feel hungry, maybe is a wrong signal of your brain.

Drink water when you wake up, helps your body to rehydrate after so many hours of stand bye.
