Is that simple....???!?!? ..... You lost weight easily in the past and now is hard to lose. After you delivered a baby or went through a phase in your life that made you lock in the house and eat all the fridge, usually the easy way to make you happy is EATING. Why being emotional will make us gain weight??? When you're happy, you want to share this with your friends, family and how is the simple way of sharing happiness then EATING. When you're sad, u don't want to see nobody and you end up EATING, alone. When you're emotional, instead of understanding your emotions and go through them you choose to find an escape that is called FOOD. FOOD is vital but we are exaggerating by pushing the limits outside of our needs and ending up being unhappy. Why you gain weight? simple... YOU EAT TOO MUCH or TOO MUCH CRAP. 300 m open water swim struggle

300 m open water swim struggle 300 m swim...Hmm, sounds fun?!?! no?...well for me was so much pressure, you can't believe it!!! My partner is doing lots of competitions, easy to mention that he grew up in Australia and water for him is like air for me. Stretching is important for flexibility, range of motion and injury prevention.   You know, when you experience pain in your knee joints and the doctor is telling you :" don't do squats!", well that doctor is not giving a solution but gives you painkillers and delaying to resolve the problem.
