What is cellulite?


As some few people knows about, cellulite is a persistent subcutaneous fat causing dimpling of the skin, especially on women's hips and thighs.


So the fat in the subcutaneous layer of the skin is packed into chambers, with wall made of connective tissue (stretchy collagen and elastin). Cellulite occurs when the capillaries break down and allow water to leak into the tissue. the fluid accumulates, causing the collagen and elastin fibres to lose their elasticity.
Connective tissue can be weakened by the hormones, lack of exercises and muscle tone, excess bad fat and poor circulation, says New YorkCity - Based dermatologist Cheryl Karcher, MD.

Dont worry ladies, dont cry, cellulite happens to women of all shapes and sizes, as Shira Ein Dor says, owner of the American Cellulite Reduction Center in New York City. 

   " I even treat Victoria s Secret models. They are very lean, they work out and eat well, they do everything right but they still have cellulite."

How can we fight agaisnt cellulite?


Cardio ladies is a good enemy of the cellulite, as it helps reducing the body fat in your body, so under the skin layers as well.

A good nutrition will help to reduce it by cutting all the bad fats and adding good proteins and carbs. there are certain foods that helps to reduce the cellulite, aim to eat more cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes and bell peppers which along with other fuits and vegetables are more then 90% water. staying hydrated helps you even slim down.

Weighted training is the best though, cuz it helps to improve the muscle mass transforming the fat into energy.


Ah, dont forget that smoking will not help you at all, reduces blood vessel flow and weaken the formation of collagen, allowing for the connective tissue to become stretched and damaged more easily and the fat to show through.


So, eat well and train hard and the cellulite will dissapear!
